I am in Brooklyn in New York (look it up, there is a Brooklyn in CT as well) at the Annual General Meeting of Amnesty International. Volunteers from all over the country get together to work on human rights issues. They also wear all kinds of t-shirts. T-shirts are clearly a way that many people choose to express their political and social views. It always has been that way and probably always will be.
