A Brother in Need: Jimmy Bones

At last year’s ISS Atlantic City show I was introduced to Jimmy and Drew from American Icon Screen printing in Newburgh NY.  It was great meeting Jimmy, clearly a good dude, and a fellow printer who clearly has a real passion for what he does. The night before Thanksgiving Jimmy was run over by at least one car in front of his house.  He sustained massive injuries so severe that his doctors put him in an induced coma -then to make matters worse during part of his operation he contracted MRSA. His prognosis was bleak but throughout all this his fiancee never left his side, staying at hospital with him.
The good news is that after coming so close to death that Jimmy’s  prognosis is improved. The bad news is that I hear his medical bills are more than a person could make in a lifetime. Anything any of you readers can do to to help get the word out and to make some donations yourselves would be greatly appreciated. As the proverb says, “there but for the grace of God go you or I.” Help a squeegee brother out.
