Wow. Many of us didn’t see this coming.

Bella+Canvas announced today they are being purchased by SanMar. Bella+Canvas co-founders Danny Harris and Marco DeGeorge announced the confirmed sale today. It looks like they will not be involved as things move forward under SanMar ownership

In good news for continuity, it will remain its own brand, but owned by SanMar. Also very good news is the talented Megan Spire will be still at Bella+Canvas and in chief leadership position going forward.

Two solid companies, one would think the partnership will make them both even stronger. This of course continues the course of our industry to have increased consolidation.
