Sustainability in Your Shop is a Process

Sustainability is more than a corporate buzzword. At least it should be. Corporations may have big budgets for dedicated CSR (corporate social responsibility) programs and cool infographics, but even without a big budget, there are plenty of things you can do to reduce waste, recycle resources and make your shop a more sustainable enterprise.

Rick and Jason Murphy of Sanmar talked about a gamut of sustainability efforts in this Atlantic City Shop Talk.

One of the biggest take away messages is, ‘Don’t let the perfect be the enemy of good.’  With awareness, creativity and effort you can make a difference, starting right where you are.

  1. Sustainability is an urgent need, so great point to discuss about.
As usual an excellent initiative, but information about water-based inks were approximate and somehow incorrect.
